Accounts Manager – IT Recruiting & Sales

Tremont Management Services GmbH is currently looking to continue its growth by adding dedicated internal staff to the team.  We are seeking motivated Account Managers with some previous experience in IT Sales and/or the IT Recruiting Industry.  Tremont is a fast growing start-up, with the tools and environment in place for motivated, quality-sales-oriented Account Managers to thrive.

Job Description:
As an Account Manger, your task would be to find new sales opportunities with new clients and develop the existing relationship with established clients.  This includes:

  • Developing and expanding the network of Tremont’s clients through sales related activities.
  • Demonstrating the ability to develop, follow-up and close a sale.
  • Maintaining Tremont’s internal database of clients and consultants.

Qualifications:
Tremont is seeking only the most professional candidates for the Account Manager position based in Munich.  Candidates should be self-starters, highly motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented start-up. Key prerequisites:

  • 1 year previous experience in IT Recruiting
  • Drive and determination in a corporate sales environment
  • Fluent German (native or near-native ability)
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office experience, in particular MS Word, Excel

IT Recruiting Specialist / Intern

Responsibilities:
As an IT Recruiting Specialist / Intern, you will provide support to the Tremont sales team by facilitating the recruitment of qualified candidates for the needs of Tremont’s clients.  This includes:

  • Updating and maintaining Tremont’s internal database and applicant tracking system at all times
  • Posting Tremont’s latest openings on the company website and other on-line sites
  • Supplying suitable CV's to the sales team for open positions via database search, networking, and advertising.
  • Calling potential candidates on the phone for initial screening
  • Setting up interviews with potential candidates for the sales team
