Interview: Tremont conducts in-depth technical and soft-skill interviews. Technical questions are asked of the consultant to ensure that the candidate can perform the tasks and deliverables of the project timely and professionally.
Reference Checks: Tremont performs reference checks on all candidates that are presented to the client.
